Sawn Wood. Precision-cut, every time.
Planks and beams cut to standard and custom dimensions at the saw, checked for grade and moisture before they leave our yard — ready to build with, no further processing needed.
How it’s cut
Logs are milled to your specified dimensions using calibrated saw setups, so board thickness and width stay consistent across a full order — no more sorting through a stack looking for planks that actually match.
Quality checks at the saw
Every batch is checked for grain quality, knot placement, and warping right at the saw line, not after the fact. Boards that don't hold a straight edge or show excessive knotting are pulled before they're bundled for dispatch.
Standard and custom sizes
We stock common dimensions across Pine, SYP, Meranti, and Teak for fast dispatch, and can cut to a custom thickness or width for larger orders — ask our team for current lead times on non-standard sizes.
