How we work

Sourced, sawn, sent.

Four steps stand between a standing tree and the timber that shows up at your site — sourcing, milling, grading, and dispatch. We control all four, which is how we keep quality consistent order after order.

Timber logs stacked at the RKG Timbers yard

Source

We import directly from established mills abroad and work with trusted domestic suppliers, cutting out the middle layer that usually marks up timber before it reaches a yard. Every relationship we hold has been built over years, not sourced opportunistically off the spot market.

Mill and Grade

Logs are sawn to spec in-house, with sizes, grades and moisture levels checked at the saw — not after the fact. Every batch is then hand-graded for grain, knots, and warping before it's cleared for sale. What doesn't meet the standard simply doesn't ship.

Dispatch

Once graded, stock is packed and routed pan India — to sawmills, traders, contractors and furniture makers, in the volumes they actually need, on timelines we commit to upfront rather than promise optimistically.
